When you request access, contact us, or use the AirSeer platform, we may collect:

• Name and professional title
• Email address and organization name
• Account credentials you create
• Project data, source configurations, and modeling inputs you upload or enter
• Messages you send us

Information collected automatically

When you use the AirSeer platform or visit our website, we automatically collect:

• Log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps
• Device information including operating system and screen resolution
• Usage data including features accessed and actions taken in the platform
• Cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 6

Third-party data sources

The AirSeer platform ingests publicly available atmospheric data from NOAA, EPA, NASA, and other government sources. This data is not personal information and is not covered by this policy.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the AirSeer platform
• Respond to your requests and support inquiries
• Send you platform updates, product announcements, and relevant communications
• Monitor platform performance and diagnose technical issues

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Data storage and security

All AirSeer data is processed and stored exclusively on servers located in the United States. We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) US-East region infrastructure. We do not transfer non-public data outside the United States.

We implement security measures consistent with SOC 2 aligned practices including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system can guarantee complete security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

5. Data sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who assist in operating the platform, under confidentiality obligations
• When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of AirSeer, our users, or the public
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users

We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Cookies

AirSeer uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies that follow you across third-party websites.

You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to use the platform.

7. Data retention

We retain your account information and project data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting hello@airseer.com. We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
